Hyperion Ethiopia - Chelbesa

Our next offering from our friends at Hyperion for our “back to the beans” project is from one of our favorite regions (yes, yes, we know we’re not the only ones), Ethiopia. But if you want tasting notes that go beyond our usual slightly sarcastic “tastes like coffee” this is a go-to region. And here we find some novel and sweet notes like passion fruit and blood orange.
