Honduras - Ariel Funez - Anaerobic Natural

Coming to you all the way from Comayagua, this Honduran single origin is an Anaerobic Natural process coffee (one of our favorites among the more esoteric 
processes). You’ll find notes of raspberry, pomegranate, and lemon roasted into this distinctive coffee grown by an emerging third-generation coffee farmer, Ariel Funez. Keep an eye out for more from Ariel, including other less common processes like natural Pacamara and honey processed microlots, if/when we can get our hands on them.
